What do I need to buy?
You may need to buy and install the network cables that run from your office to your gates. Either CAT5 or Coax cable can be used, depending upon the distance needed. CAT5 cable can be used for runs up to 1,500 feet. Coax cable can be used for runs up to 4,000 feet.
 
What do I need to install?
You need to install the network cables and provide internet access for full useability. Internet access is not required to run a system with a dedicated server at your facility, but some functionality may be compromised with access.
 
What is it going to cost?
Installation cost of the netwrok cables is dependent on the number of feet required, and the whether or not you choose to put them underground. The cost of the ticketing system depends on the type that you want, your expected sales volume and the number of ticketing terminals you will require. Please ask us to prepare a quote for your next event.
 
What is included in the basic on site system ?
Each sales location is supplied with a touch screen computer with a credit card swipe, thermal ticket printer, and a bar-code scanner and network connectors. On or off site servers are also provided as required.
 
What happens with our data after the event?
Your data is uploaded to our dedicated server and is always available to authorized users.
