Support

On-Site Support

Eclipse provides its award winning on-site support for every client. This means our staff is on-site for the duration of your event. They are backed up by additional on-call personnel. We also provide replacement equipment, stored on-site, available for immediate use.

Training

We train your sales staff prior to the Fair. Training consists of a simulated ticket-selling session and is normally done right before the opening day. Early training can be arranged and conducted over the Internet in addition to the on-site training.

Reporting

All reporting is available on-line. Sample reports are available in the demonstration area of this site. Results can be analyzed over any time period specified and are immediately available without transfer to other programs. Special reports may be prepared upon request.

Accounting reports will be set up based on a standard chart of accounts and may be changed to accommodate your unique needs.
