Let's Talk Cost First
Eclipse provides all the equipment required to operate the ticketing system. The only investment that your Fair has to make is to ensure that there is communication cabling and power to all ticket booths.
This equipment is rented to the Fair. The daily rental fee depends on the length of the Fair and the expected attendance. Under most conditions, the maximum cost can be expected to be no more than 30 cents per ticket printed. It is usually lower. Our capability to print sponsors' logos and messages on tickets based on ticket counts or time, or generated randomly, allows a Fair to attract sponsors who will offset the cost of the ticket operation. As each Fair is different, we will have to develop a specific price for you, but this gives you an idea.
